I love to illustrate for children At present I am working on writing and illustrating my own children's books.

My paintings and photographs have been exhibited in group and solo exhibitions

I also create commerical artwork..

Originally I am from Scarborough in Yorkshire, England. Now I live and work in Central Maine, USA.

My career has been a diverse path to full time illustrator and artist. I attended art college in York and Sunderland, then 'shipped out' and joined the Royal Navy to earn a living ( working in military Graphics Studios). After my Naval career I was CEO of a lithographic printing business in Portsmouth, England, which gave me a solid foundation in print and design.

My clients are diverse and worldwide, from publishing companies to the manufacturing industry. I've also been lucky enough to have had my art presented to the British Royal Family.

I love my menagerie of animals, the snow, the sea (and sailing), fish and chips and mushy peas, and a good pint of Guiness!
